Building a new home should be one of the most exciting times of your life, not one marked by uncertainty and stress. With 45+ years of expertise, we offer well-established processes that provide a clear and smooth path forward.

Signed Purchase Agreement & Deposits
No surprises – our detailed Purchase Agreement covers the entire construction process from deposit schedule to closing.

Plan Review
This is where your ideas start to come to life. It’s an in-depth meeting with your Sales Manager and Builder to review your customized home plans, exploring every aspect, step by step.

Selections
Watch your vision literally materialize as you collaborate with our Interior Designer and trade partners to choose from a wide array of finish options.

Construction
We go from sticks and bricks to the final walkthrough in just about eight months. Your Sales Manager and Builder will keep you in the loop at every step.

Closing
About two months from completion, our Closing Coordinator will reach out to you with your estimated date. We’ll work with your lender and/or title company to ensure an uncomplicated closing experience.

Post-Closing & Warranty
We’ve got your back for the long term. Expect two more home inspections: the first at the 60-day mark post-closing and the second at 11 months. For added peace of mind, you’re covered by a one-year Whole Home warranty, a 2-year warranty on mechanical systems, and an extensive 10-year warranty on structural items.
