Traditions receives 19th annual Avid Diamond Award

Traditions Building Group Named No. 1 Small Volume Home Builder for Customer Experience in The United States for a Third Time

CINCINNATI, OHIO, May 19, 2022: Cincinnati-based Traditions Building Group has been recognized for a third time as the No.1 Small Volume Home Builder in the United States for outstanding customer experience and is the recipient of the 19th ANNUAL AVID DIAMOND AWARD™ by Avid® Ratings, Inc., the nation’s leading evaluator of homebuilder performance.

The Avid Awards are regarded as a trusted benchmark of customer service performance in the homebuilding industry and is the largest awards program in North America recognizing customer satisfaction in homebuilding. The AVID DIAMOND AWARD™ acknowledges builders with the highest scores in the nation on the New Home Move In Experience™ Survey, which is based on homeowners’ purchasing experiences and taken from their first 90 days in the home.

This year’s program had 437 qualifying builders from all over the United States and Canada. Award winners are chosen based on results received from some of the largest publicly traded NYSE/NASDAQ builders, North America’s largest private builders, and hundreds of small volume and custom builders from coast to coast.

This is the fifth top-level Avid Award Traditions Building Group has received. In 2017 and 2015, they were the recipient of the AVID DIAMOND AWARD™ and named the No. 1 Small Custom Home Builder in the country for outstanding customer experience. In 2016 and 2014, the company received the AVID GOLD AWARD™ and was named the No.1 Small Custom Home Builder in the North Central region of the United States.
